Just had my Viva fixed from the Vauxhall Dealership in Aldershot and I must say best customer service I have ever had in a dealership/ garage!
Great customer service all around: from the experts at reception to even the technicians ( I wish my GP had these manners). I had to receive some bad news about my car but they did everything they could to still brighten my day. Also, I decided to take my work (remotely) with me and wait as I drove from Reading. But even that was no problem! They have a great waiting area with the usual sofas but with the addition of a working bench with WiFi and sockets near a coffee machine (with Coffee beans! None of that cheap, disgusting powder stuff). All in all I am delighted with the team and the facilities!

Bought an Astra with their dealer warranty having been assured this meant no surprise bills for faults, just service costs and consumables such as brake pads. The car hit a fault with an intermittent connection to the rear light cluster. It's a documented fault that was, at one stage, a warranty repair from Vauxhall. Tried contacting through the website - quickly got an email acknowledging the contact but no further response. Emailed and got no response. After a couple of weeks I filled another web form, again getting an instant acknowledgement. Two weeks later I got a phone call. Hurray, they are going to respond. No, they are reminding me the MoT is due. On the phone I'm told the service dept is closed. They can investigate the identified fault but will charge a minimum £120 for "diagnosis" and then decide whether repair is covered by the warranty. The £120 fee will be mentioned in the 'small print' somewhere...

This review has not had a response from Drive. The car was fixed quickly by a different local garage for less than fee Drive would have charged to see whether it was covered by their warranty.

Fantastic experience buying my new van from Drive Vauxhall Aldershot. Salesman Andy Goode was fantastic! couldn't fault him at all, found us a great vehicle for a brilliant price, he was friendly and informative. Great guy and a great buying experience!

Turned up to an arranged appointment to buy a particular car, told by the salesman that he had double booked and called me ONCE!! the day before to cancel, he then told me he had taken a deposit on the car that morning. Really did not seem interested in my custom. No contact since so I will go to another car sales.
Shame really as previous visits over years had been fairly positive.

Without a doubt the best experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had! My partner and I were looking to buy a Vauxhall Vivaro and saw that Drive Vauxhall Aldershot had some in stock, unfortunately when we had arrived the one in particular we had our eye on had sold just a few hours before. We were admittedly a little disappointed, but not for too long thanks to salesman Andy Goode! Andy is a truly lovely guy, super informative and did everything in his power to make us happy customers without being at all pushy. He was such a pleasure to purchase what is now our new van from. In the end we got a higher spec Vivaro for an amazing price thanks to Andy, he really wen't above and beyond for us! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I would also like to mention manager Paul and salesman Andrew who were also a pleasure to chat with even though it was brief. In truth the entire experience felt honest, friendly and as though we got a great deal! Thanks Andy and co we will definitely be returning when we next need a new vehicle.

Never been so disappointed in a service by @vauxhall, had a reported problem with my fairly new car since September, had it in for diagnostics almost one month later knowing how anxious I was driving it. Advised best not drive it. When they took my car in for tests, had to do all the chasing for updates during the day it was there. Walked in at 5:30 as was tired of waiting for an update, advised my car had to be taken apart to fix the issue, it couldn't be done that day because they had to wait for parts. Booked me in for just over a week later for the job. To be rebooked 3 times due to parts not arriving. Could not provide me with a courtesy car as none available, and suddenly I could still drive it but be careful. Even more anxiety, cutting out at traffic lights, dangerous pull overs for over a month, late for work. Eventually got the car in yesterday (been waiting since beginning of October). Advised it might be done that day might not, could still not provide a courtesy car. had to get to work by train today (late again) due to Sunday service. Advised it should be done tomorrow but I've got to get there with no help and with a child to collect the car. It has been a nightmare from start to finish. And I have to pay £120 for investigation, for what? It's cost me so much money already.

Incredible experience with Drive Vauxhall Aldershot recently - Veneta was so friendly & helpful from arrival & beyond when I took my car ‘Griff’ in for his first service. The whole process was easy beforehand & I felt really looked after on the day. Was even out earlier than expected with a quick & really interesting video update from the very talented guys that actually work on the cars - loved seeing underneath Griff & being reassured that everything was in good working order. I walked through the forecourt a few times throughout the afternoon; all the staff were on-point, super friendly & attentive - they all really do know their stuff! Thank you guys!

We are so happy we came across this garage, it was quite a way from where we live but it was worth the travel. Andy Goode was an exceptional salesperson, he was polite, friendly, funny yet always professional and did everything he could to make our car purchase as seamless as possible. Thank you so much!
