Ultralase Cardiff

I had the LASIK procedure at the Cardiff Clinic and almost six months on my vision is incredible. I did a lot of research beforehand but was still apprehensive. The procedure was straightforward with only some mild discomfort for a couple of days afterward and the aftercare I received was very thorough. Would recommend.

It looks like this company have good reviews when your eye surgery goes well. The reception staff are exremely friendly and very helpful.

My surgery has not gone well and it has been a constant battle to try to get my problem sorted.
Aftercare has been extremely poor and I have had to battle every time to make get an appointment to try to get it sorted.
I rarely write reviews but I hope that if you are considering surgery be very wary. Research the companies aftercare thoroughly.
My problem is still not sorted after nearly a year and Ultalase just want me to go away.
I am in a constant battle with them to resolve my problems but they do not want to help.

Excellent experience at the Cardiff clinic. Lenses in both eyes replaced at the same time. Painless and perfect vision now, probably better than I have ever had. Was able to drive the next day.

I had lens replacement surgery at the end of May this year, 2021 and fingers crossed everything has been fantastic so far! The whole process from the initial contact by myself and the first consultation was excellent. The staff in the clinic are great, very friendly and very helpful. On the day of the surgery I had lens replacement in both eyes on the same day and again the surgeon and the theatre staff were great, very reassuring and everything was explained well during the surgery. The aftercare has also been great and I've been back a number of times and my eyesight has definitely improved a lot. I can read without glasses, drive without glasses. I would highly recommend the process myself. Thank you to everybody at Ultralase Cardiff.

Ultralase were amazing. I had lens replacement surgery which only took half an hour. Its wonderful not having to wear glasses anymore. The team in cardiff were very supportive and their after care was amazing. I would recommend anyone thinking of having laser eye treatment to go to ultralase.

Best decision i have ever made was to have the LASIK eye surgery done! The reception staff at this clinic are very friendly and helpful, whenever i had a concerned about something before and after treatment they were there to offer me advice and if need be, an appointment. They also make the pre appointment eye checks a breeze. The opthamologists were also very friendly and always made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns i had and answered them to put my mind to rest. The theatre staff and surgeon were brilliant, also made me feel safe and calm throughout the procedure and i felt i was in good hands, they were very efficient and explained to me what was happening throughout the procedure. Thank you to everyone at the Cardiff clinic for making my pre treatment, treatment and post treatment experience so smooth. An excellent team! Would recommend to anyone thinking about undertaking this procedure.

I had laser surgery earlier this year. The Cardiff Team were all so friendly and made the experience less stressful. I would recommend them. I am so glad I had laser surgery and my vision is better than 20/20 now!
