Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Harringay Sainsbury's

Had a very positive experience at this branch of Specsavers. The prescription I was given felt 'right' from the moment I put my new glasses on. I also received excellent help choosing lenses and frames. There were no pushy sales people trying to sell me things I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Special thanks to Farah and Amie for all the help they gave me. I am one very happy customer!

I love my new glasses and the whole experience with Specsavers - they helped me choose the best pair, had a good laugh with me because I chose mens' glasses. Along with that my pair of glasses were made in under two weeks. Now my eyes are feeling a lot better than before - thank you xx

I was happy to wait as they seemed to have only 1 staff member but the service I then received was completely rude and unhelpful. I was collecting a pair of glasses which I said is quite tight on my temples and I asked if they could adjust it, to which the answer was NO. Do they expect me to just accept a pair of glasses that are tight on my face and will give me pain? What ridiculous service! They just wanted me out of there as quickly as possible after taking my money. I will not return

If I have given an option for 0 I would have given it. The place is awful i wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Absolutely shocking!! They do not care about you and your eyes heath. what I experience is like a joke !

I had a terrible experience here. After an eye test, the store changed my contact lens subscription to a half-time rather than full-time basis, without telling me. I only found out when I ran out & no-one was able to send me spares. After calling the subscription line multiple times to get the prescription and account store changed, nothing happened & I eventually, disappointingly, cancelled my account. The Peckham branch and Catford branch were similarly impossible to get through to. I have now been trying to call the various stores to get my prescription sent out so I can purchase new glasses elsewhere. I have only been able to get through to the Finsbury store once. They promised me my prescription would be emailed out within 48hours and 6 days later, it still has not arrived. Every time I called since, I can't get through. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever been subject to

Never use this Specsavers. They “don’t have a lab”, so if you order lenses from them prepare to surrender your glasses for two working days just to pop lenses in. Staff are uninformed. Necessitated four separate visits to get my glasses sorted after I was repeatedly told the wrong information by three different members of staff. A ridiculous waste of my time.

They are good, like it as you can do your shopping while you are there too. The staff are friendly and very helpful, helped me choose my new glasses even gave me there opinion on if they suited me or not. This is not mg closest branch but I was doing some shopping so I thought this branch would be great to use

I made an appointment so everything went smoothly. I opted-in for the additional eye test which, in my opinion, is worth the additional £10. Everyone was friendly and service was pleasant.
