Mountain Ash Optical Centre

After being referred by my doctor, I had a phone consultation and appointment same day! A very welcoming and friendly staff especially the optician, he couldn't do enough very thorough and explained everything in detail, nothing was too much trouble, a credit to the company.

10mins late for an appt to pick a pair of glasses,nobody else there it was as quiet as a cemetery on christmas day but the receptionist talked to me like a schoolteacher scolding a naughty schoolboy. Dont need that, Im going elsewhere.

A very comprehensive eye test with good advice.

Incredible surgery, really well run and staff are amazing. Also managed to have a chat with the owner who ended up popping into the store and had a really nice chat with him. He couldn't do enough for me either once it was my turn to get tested. So much nicer than these big chain practices where I feel like you're a number or a metric, whereas these prime independent surgeries really give you a sense of being valued

Just been to mount optical centre. The 2 girls on the desk are so helpful and friendly. Same goes for the woman who done my eye test. Excellent service and again very helpful and polite.

Amazing surgery with kind staff, really looked after my grandfather who came in recently. Made him feel so at ease, My grandad was so anxious but the staff really calmed him down and made the eye test feel like a walk in the park - on a zimmer frame ofc!

This is the first time I have used OPTICAL CARE on Oxford Street in Mountain Ash. I had an appointment on the Monday, and a couple of days beforehand, had received a Text from them reminding me of what I needed to bring. The Contact Lens Test and the Eye Test were very thorough. Two days later on the Wednesday, I received a phone call to say that my Contact Lenses were ready. The service I received from the Optometrist and the Staff throughout the whole process was excellent.

I had to use your services for a eye health issue and recieved a prompt and thorough assistance. The optician was more than helpful. Thanks .
