Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Caernarfon

This location is spotless! The staff are also attentive and very professional. The shop is run like a fine oiled machine. Opticians are thorough, gentle and happy to give advice. I was met at the door and felt I received 5 star treatment. Highly reccomend this location.

Service has gone down hill in recent months. Most staff try to be helpful but in my opinion some need more training. Didn’t like the dispenser director’s attitude to an issue with new glasses.

Rescued us whilst on holiday. Teenager had broken his glasses. Can't recommend any higher. Speedy and friendly service.

Glasses scratched even with scratch proof coating within 2 weeks of purchase. £135 to resurface after paying out £345 for them including sunglasses 2 weeks prior.

Popped in, got seen straight away, ordered 2 pairs of new glasses came within 2 weeks, picked them up again got seen straight away. On both occasions I got excellent service and my glasses are spot on…! Just what I wanted. I would recommend this specsavers they were professional and efficient. Thank you.

Visiting Specsavers in Caernarfon is always a joy. Led by Nia, the team work seamlessly together, are very friendly, professional & thorough.
I have a very complex prescription but nothing is too much trouble.
As I spend a lot of my time outdoors, I also ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses… the best decision I’ve made for a long time :)
