I had an emergency with my eyes. They gave me an appointment right away.
I can't thank them enough. From the front of house staff to the optometrist. Excellent customer service and experience. Immaculate office. Will be getting eye exam for new glasses next week.
Thank you again.

We had a glasses emergency on holiday and walked in needing a pair. They gave us an appointment straight away and were able to make the glasses within half an hour of the eye test. Amazing! I wish we lived closer so we could keep coming. Thank you so much.

Incredibly detailed and accurate consultation with Lyndon today he put me completely at ease with a very professional, articulate and caring demeanor which is difficult in the short time you have with an optician. I'm amazed at the facilities in Cardigan, incredibly compact with an artful design and use of a professional space with all of the latest technological advances installed. Everything and more you could wish for in an opticians with friendly staff all round and leading technology, thank you for a stellar experience, Anna

Don't use Pritchard-Cowburn unless you like overpaying for glasses. I called nearly a dozen times, left voicemails, they promised to call back and never did. They eventually refused to give me my PD number ("we don't legally have to") unless I bought their mega-expensive glasses.

So I switched to another optician, got my full prescription including PD for 1/2 the cost, and bought glasses online for 1/10th the cost.

Save your money-- don't shop at places that try to exert monopoly power.

I've always needed to wear specs since I was 4 years old (65 years ago) and was fortunate to find P&C when I was only 46 and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
All aspects of the service they've given me for the past 23 years have been absolutely FIRST CLASS and include noticing another health issue which, thankfully, was dealt with before it became too serious.
I am extremely fussy about what I wear on my face and they have always been very patient and gone the extra mile to give me just what I want.
