I recently attended a routine eye test at Norma Davies. Chris the optician was lovely throughout my test and explained everything in detail to me. Also the girls on reception were amazing. I needed new glasses to which they both were extremely helpful in helping me choose new frames.

I felt completely safe throughout all of my appointment with all the safety measures in place.

They contacted me as soon as my glasses came in and I could arrange suitable time slot for collection.

I couldn't fault the service I received. Thank you to all :)

From start to finish my experience with Norma Davies has been exceptional in every aspect. It was refreshing to experience true customer service from the friendly staff throughout. The health check and examination was thorough and detailed from the optician Chris. I have never been overly comfortable in “choosing” glasses but Lisa gave fantastic advice, feedback and suggestions to ensure that I found the right product. I am delighted by the quality and look of my glasses. I had high expectations, following a recommendation to use Norma Davies and can only express that these expectations were surpassed. Very thorough eye exam. Great staff and plenty of choice of frames. Wanted to try the Lindberg super light weight frames as I wear my glasses all day working at my desk. They are fab, so nice to get rid of my old chunky, heavy frames.

After attending my recent appointments and following up on an issue with my glasses causing discomfort, I would like to comment upon how well I have been looked after. I made an appointment because I liked the way they treated my mother when she had to go for a routine exam. I was shown the same level of courtesy during my visit and also great patience when choosing my frames! The choice of frames is amazing and I am thrilled with both pairs.
