I'm new to the world of visiting opticians, this was my second visit with optician James. The whole team are friendly, personable and professional. James explains and talks you through everything. It was decided I do need glasses and I had a super lady (I forgot her name 🙄so sorry), she was fantastic, helped me pick my glasses and told me what suited me and what didn't, I really felt looked after and that she genuinely wanted to help me pick glasses that suited me. Can't recommend enough, excellent customer service. Thanks.

From start to finish, everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Upon arriving, I was directed to the waiting area, but the wait was no more than 3-4 minutes. Then we did the initial tests which were carried out without any fuss, and on to the next waiting area, which was for maybe 2-3 minutes, before being called in to consult with Nia Williams. Nia was very good, and explained everything about my eyes. Very educational indeed! At no point was I left without knowing where to go or who to see next. I don't think anything could be improved about this visit.

I have been so impressed with the staff in Llandudno, the contact lens lady was so kind and patient with my daughter when she tried contact lenses for the first time and nothing was any bother. Then today when my daughter’s lenses didn’t arrive in the post the staff put a few pairs aside for us to pick up so that my daughter had them in time for her holiday! Really great service thank you 😊

Got an appointment quickly as I had been having trouble with my eyes saw Steven the optician and he understood the problem I was having with my eyes,I then saw a very nice lady whose name I cannot remember and she dealt with order of my new glasses very easily,returned to pick up my glasses a week later and was over the moon as my eye problems were sorted by my new glasses excellent service

After not being able to book anything in Bangor, I needed new glasses asap and I was really lucky to get one appointment in Llandudno. Fiona, Wioletta and the doctor with curly hair - I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name - were all amazing. Thank you girls.

Store is clean and smart, bright and attractive. However - l just wanted to book an eye test (new customer) surprised to be shown to a waiting area. 15 minutes later l was still waiting. I got up to leave and was offered a phone call to book for an eye test! ! Surely an appointment could have been arranged at reception? Without waiting. Not a great start! I'll see how it goes from here.....

test was good, optician was great, to me the only problem was choice, couldnt find anything i liked so settled on the same as i already had, collected new glasses and they had had a new delivery in and yes there was a frame i really liked, too late cant afford another pair. gutted.
