Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Rhyl

Not the most up to date Specsavers I've been in. Much more basic equipment than my local branch at home.

Very small and not much choice of glasses.

Nice friendly staff

Great service. Hubby already paid for glasses. We went to pick them up. He was charged extra 90£ on top cos the opticians made a mistake. Always make sure when u pay for your glasses are discounted properly. Cos u have to pay extra for their mistakes. Within minutes they phoned offered him a 30£ discount suppose better than nothing. Just heads up.

I can’t praise the staff that helped me yesterday enough. After a silly mistake of my own doing I found myself in their shop upset and annoyed. I had contacted my own specsavers branch and they seemingly told me something different to the staff at Rhyl maybe just to get me off the phone rather than help me I’m not sure. But being 5.5 hours from home and no spare lenses to continue my family holiday (our first with our daughter who has been in and out of hospital her small 4year life so far) They couldn’t of been more sympathetic and helpful. They really went above and beyond for me despite the situation and lack of help from my own branch. Their kindness, help and willingness to see me really saved my holiday. Their friendly faces and professionalism were really appreciated and I’d like to say from this busy, stressed (slightly forgetful when packing for herself) mother, a million Thanks you’s

Just had my latest eye test done by Jamie,
Couldn’t give a higher praise if I wanted too,
Absolutely amazing at his profession,
Relaxing friendly and great bit of banter,
Made something I always dread,
My 1st time seeing Jamie,

Very disappointed with the service here, I went in to the store with my grandsons glasses (from specsavers) that had broken while on holiday they were totally unhelpful and they dismissed me…. However on returning home I went into the Nantwich branch nothing was a problem and his glasses were repaired within the hour. How is this acceptable?

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Paul at Rhyl branch was very helpful and fixed my specsavers frame hinges that had come loose.

Brilliant experience, well trained very attentive staff. Very pleased.

Specsavers are based inside the White Rose Centre in the middle of Town in Rhyl & are a good opticians aswell
