Robert E Lloyd have been my opticians since I was little and I have always had excellent service both from a quality and cost perspective. I always receive a caring welcome, they go above and beyond to help when needed and I always feel confident in the care they provide and are always able to answer my queries quickly. Having recently had a baby I feel confident she will get the best care with them when the time comes.

Highly recommend Robert Lloyd Opticians. They offer such a professional, efficient, specialist care throughout. I have been going there for years and everyone is very friendly and helpful, it makes a real difference to have a more personal experience with the opticians who know your eye details well. I have recently needed a bit of liaison with my optician and the support, specialist advice and help has been invaluable. Excellent level of service: friendly staff; thorough eye examinations; clear feedback from optician; liaison with medical centre and hospital. At my time of life (74) I am very glad to have this firm of opticians to hand. I have had several crises with my sight over the last few years and they have been of immediate help on each occasion. I have also been very pleased with the glasses which I have purchased from them.

Consistently high standard of service over many years. Excellent professional care - recently developed a worrying ocular symptom. This prompted a very quick appointment-within 2 hours. Very thorough examination resulting in a secure diagnosis. A very competent optometrist. Well done!

I have been discussing contact lenses with James at Robert Lloyd. He was extremely patient and explained my options. Nothing was too much trouble and I tried differing solutions. I do a lot of sport, cycling, tennis and other activities. Finally I found the best solution for my needs and the lenses are very comfortable. My prescription is not easy for contact lenses but Robert Lloyd Opticians both James and Gabriela supported me extremely well. I really would recommend this optician.
