Great customer service and there's plenty of various glasses on the site. 1 star loss because of the lack of parking near to the store.

Exceptionally helpful and patient staff, professional service.
Revising this a year later to say service is still fantastic. Went in for a repair, done in minutes. Went for a second repair on a spare pair, saved us money by advising annual appointment not far away and brought it forward, so we could benefit from NHS discount, brilliant!

Good rooms, facilities and entertainment. Breakfast good apart from the food was always cold. Evening meals were very poor and the buffet food was always cold. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but the food was inferior to what would be expected in a local pub. There were also insufficient staff in the restaurant during evening meals.

Had a eye test today and got some new glasses and the ladies there are absolutely amazing!! Very welcoming and extremely safety precautious which is great in these hard times. They made me feel very comfortable and made me aware of the 2 for 1 offer. Top notch service and at a very good price!! Thanks again ladies

I go to Specsavers Pontypool whenever I have problems with my eyes and when I am sent a regular appointment. I am always looked after by the staff. I ask questions about my eyes and I am always explained to. Nothing is too much bother. I never get any pressure from them. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Specsavers Pontypool....

Pontypool branch very disappointed.
I was given the hard sell treatment, forced to bye a frame I didn't need. I was told new lenses could not be fitted to the frame I had .
Misled from start to finish. Very dishonest.
Problem ongoing still being treated poorly I will update following a meeting on Friday.
