Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Talbot Green

Went to Specsavers Llantrisant for the first time last week - fabulous service from the welcome at the door, very efficient procedure through testing, choosing glasses and paying for them all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

New to the world of eye tests and glasses. Very nice experience. Walked through the eye test by friendly optometrist. Was left to it with my glasses selection which is what I liked. On collection the arms of one pair needed some slight adjustment which was carried out without hesitation. All good

Fabulous service they discovered I had lost my periferal vision, on further investigation, CT SCANS AND MRI scans it appear I have had several stokes. Medication prescribed and after about 10 days my vision has returned to normal. Thankyou Specsavers..seasons greetings.

The Manager at his branch gave me excellent and understanding service she refunded what I had paid for my specs.
The reason I had asked for a refund was that having gone in for advice regarding pain at the back of my eyes, I ended up feeling that all the staff were only interested in "Selling" me new glasses - nothing had been told me regarding my pain problem. The prescription was not satisfactory and it was later confirmed that with hardly if any change in the benefits from my old glasses - I didn't really need new.

The service was amazing when I visited this store for my routine eye check up. Kyle in particular was really helpful when it came to choosing new glasses and giving me all the information I needed. The was no pressure to choose and he worked out the best deal for me. Also, the Covid measures they have in place are really reassuring!

Fantastic customer experience. Seen by 3 staff to carry out different aspects of the test. I was passed through. So quickly. Brilliant service. With a very able and confident team.
