Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Ebbw Vale

The service here is excellent. I saw 4 different people from getting booked in, to eye scan, eye test and then getting fitted with glasses. Very nice people who took time and care. The range of glasses is huge and the deals are amazing value. It may be a big chain but the service is great and the choice and value are excellent

I’ve visited Specsavers since I was a child and the experience has just gotten worse each time. The building has had a makeover, but the money would’ve been better spent on training the staff on basic customer service skills. I’ve had enough of paying to feel like an inconvenience, so I shall be visiting a different opticians from now on.

Telephone booking was very friendly unfortunately the appointment was bad. I was left for 45 minutes before I queried the time. I was told unfortunately we have had an emergency. This I could accept but please let people know what is happening. I had to cancel an appointment that I needed because I did not have the time. My examination was over in less than 10 mins. Done by the optician who was more interested in her chewing gum. Sorry but my first and last

My partner called into store this morning as my glasses I received from specsavers home visits broke on the weekend. Staff were very helpful and freindly and couldn't do enough, they fixed my glasses straight away. Very helpful

Called in on the off chance that my sunglasses could be rescued. Staff were very friendly and very helpful as they are now fixed 🙂

Would like to say a great big thank you to Kelsey at Ebbw Vale store for her patience and professionalism in her approach to customers. I have visited on several occasions and have been very indecisive when choosing. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has made me feel confident in my decisions. She is most definitely an asset to the company!

My greeter Kimberly was helpful and as always staff very pleasant and helpful too, I have been going here for years.
