A thoroughly Professional and friendly service. Martin, the Optician I saw, was efficient, informative and reassuring about my vision and managed to do so without ever straying into the Dark Arts of Occular Science, The lady who performed the preliminary parts of the eye test was equally helpful, friendly and efficient - her name escapes me. I was seen at the appointed time and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. Based on my experience there, I would recommend Vision Express, Broughton. Who knows, I might even go back soon for some new specs! Thank you.

Terrible experience with inconsiderate and incompetent staff that offered ludicrous methods of contact lens application. Seemingly under-qualified staff combined with the consistent cancelling of appointments and incorrect supply of prescription means I will not return. If only I could offer a lower rating than 1 star.

Called Monday at 3.30pm not open a note stating gone to lunch back at 1pm

Called Wednesday, open!! Waited 25 mins to be served. 1 person assisting gentleman choosing his glasses. 3 people in the queue, phone never stopped ringing

When I was served lady was very helpful and gave excellent service.

the assistants where friendly and helpful, the optician seemed a bit unsure. Also the condition of the optical chair was a disgrace, the foam of the chairs arms was braking up, not very sterile, especially in theses times.
not be returning any time soon.
