This is more than an opticians; the help, advice and top quality professional attention, plus outstanding customer care and a genuinely warm welcome are excellent. I feel completely confident that my eyesight is totally cared. Prakash provides detailed, carefully explained and 100% thorough eye tests annually. I have total confidence in Visioncare and recommend them without reservation.

Moorfield eye hospital asked me to find a MECS Optometrist... I found Visioncare locally to me in Barnet and needed to see them as a matter of urgency. They saw me the next day and were very professional in their approach to my care. The place was visibly being cleaned as customers came and went. The staff were very polite and accommodating. They were able to perform every test I required, present me with a diagnosis and treatment plan. What took just 2 days for Visioncare had still not been delivered by Optegra after over 2 months and a year in their care. I have used Vision Care for 27 years despite moving home several times during that period. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but the main reason I attend here is to see Prakash Rughani the lead specialist and owner. He is superb and his advice and care is absolutely second to none. I consider him my friend not just my Optician. I highly recommend Vision Care.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the service I received went far beyond that. I went to see Mr Rughani suffering from very, very dry eyes that had become so painful that it felt as if I had jagged glass in my eye. Mr Rughani quickly diagnosed Filamentary Keratitis and was able to successfully remove the filaments. The relief was almost instantaneous and on my way home I just could not believe it. I am so glad that I found Visioncare and Mr Rughani’s eye clinic. It seems like a miracle to me that I was somehow led there and miraculously treated, after the pain I had been in for weeks, I was suddenly pain free! Not only is Mr Rughani an excellent clinician but he is gentle and caring too and I cannot praise him highly enough. Thank you Mr Rughani.
Everyone else that dealt with me at Visioncare was extremely pleasant and friendly too and I will be changing from my usual optician and using Visioncare in the future.

Mr Rughani and his dedicated team go above and beyond with their levels of care. Nothing is too much trouble and their attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend this fabulous practice.
