I am so delighted to have found Optique. After an eye related health scare earlier this year I moved to Optique from a generic high street chain opticians. The difference in service was incredible and they made me feel safe and reassured during a very worrying time. They still continue to do this and I now bring all my family here too. Their selection of glasses is amazing and they are all super friendly. They have offered brilliant advice regarding contact lenses too and I am very happy with the lenses I am now using.

This was mine and my 5 year old sons first time at Optique of Southwell and we both loved it. They really looked after my son and I came away with a beautiful pair of glasses. Service like no other! I’ve been to many opticians in my time and I’m really fussy when it comes to choosing frames - the staff here were so lovely and so patient with me! Before I came to Optique's, my previous prescriptions were way off, made my eyes itch and a distinct lack of customer service. Optique however, have excellent customer service by caring deeply for the customer's needs and wants. They managed to find the correct solution to my problem.
