I've been registered here since I was a child and cannot say enough positive things. All the staff I've met are so helpful and have gone out of their way to help me out - even posting things to me and turning around glasses within half an hour where they can. I no longer live in Cardiff but am still registered. It's not the cheapest but the service you get and quality of their work goes above and beyond the value chains. Recommended.

Fast response for a worrying eye problem, called at 8:45 and had an appointment at 9:30. Very professional and informative
