Waterlooville Orthodontic Practice

Waterlooville Orthodontic Practice have treated my daughter with braces over the last two years. We have always found them helpful and nothing has ever been too much trouble, even during lockdown when someone was always available to help. Her braces have been removed and her teeth are perfectly straight and all her gaps closed and we’re very pleased with the results. The set-up of the practice and services provided during COVID has been excellent. I would definitely recommend this practice.

wow! I was referred to this orthodontist a couple of years ago and I was over the moon! I wanted braces so much, I wanted to have the smile I dreamt of! From my first appointment to my very last, every single member of staff was so helpful and kind! The journey to getting this pretty smile was a surprisingly easy one because of how helpful and supportive my orthodontist was. I am SO happy with my teeth, I feel confident and I’m smilier than ever!! Definite 5 stars treatment! X

My Daughter had just visited your waterlooville practice for a check up and has come home really upset and scared because of the abrupt way the orthodontist spoke to her.Thanks for that.Maybe you should be trained in customer care first before treating nervous children.We will be looking elsewhere if this happens next time she visits.

All Staff went above and beyond when treating my daughter. Can’t thank you all enough for your help and kindness. Braces were off sooner than we thought too which was a bonus. Can’t recommend enough .

We were happy with the Orthodontists recommendation for my daughter to have braces fitted to adjust her teeth. The procedure, length of time and expectations from both sides were explained clearly. The fitting went smoothly, the aftercare advice explained fully and all my questions were answered clearly. The staff were efficient and professional.

I have just finished my treatment and had my braces removed and I couldn't be happier. - the results are very good. Staff have been super helpful and professional throughout and it has always been easy to change appointments to fit in with work. Lots of very good aftercare advice for all stages of treatment.

Due to CoshamOrthadontist closing I had to use Waterloovile to replace my daughters retainer. Being an NHS patient, Cosham told me my under 18 year old daughter would be able to get these replaced on the NHS if they broke. I was disapointed, but not competely surprised, that Waterlooville said they would charge me £100 to replace the retainer. A little pricey but it was necessary for my daughter so I reluctantly agreed to the appointment. On arriving for the casting I was then told it would be £100 for the top set and another £100 for the bottom - £200! Asolutely extortonate for what is esssentialy 2 bits of moulded plastic. How they can justify these costs I have no idea and if I had another choice I would've looked elsewhere. I won't be using this place again and would not recommedn it to anyone I know. Sorry guys.
