City Bridge Dental & Implant Clinic

Receptionists, dentist (Nick Ross), atmosphere, all superb. I contacted this clinic based on a recommendation from a trusted neighbour. This, after having had an awful experience with another local clinic. If you are someone who does not have the pearly whites of celebrities but are more like me: someone who has had dental trouble from childhood, go to this clinic. They are friendly, they are discreet and they are, most importantly, professional. Nick Ross immediately put me at ease. He has an exceptional chair-side manner, explains things carefully and sorts things out efficiently. My first appointment was an emergency one and I was so grateful for the welcome I received. It’s a private practice but it’s worth every penny. You really do get what you pay for. I’m now a fully signed up patient and it’s a relief to have found an excellent dentist.

My Dentist, George, is reassuring and unhurried, and takes time to inform me what is happening. I am very relaxed during the process, and feel very well cared for. The surroundings are excellent, and a good multi story carpark very close in Chesil street. Take a moment before or afterwards to explore the river and park right next to the building, it's the icing on the cake!

Very professional service. Very friendly staff, from my first interaction with reception, throughout my first consultation with my practitioner, and through all further appointments for implant treatment. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. I was kept fully informed and included throughout all treatment options and decisions, and it was obvious to me that it was important to Nick, my practitioner and all nurses, that they achieved the best possible outcome for me. I felt I was listened too, especially as the treatment was at the front of my mouth. I’m thrilled with the final result, which looks completely natural and better than I was expecting.

Where do I start? First class treatment starting the moment you call to a helpful reception, later walk-in to a warm and efficient greeting, get assessed gently and thoroughly, outcome and plan discussed clearly, treatment provided skilfully and painlessly - using the latest technology plus spotless and hygienic throughout. 10/10

Tooth capping procedure went very smoothly. Short essential waits during the process but it was all sorted, ready to go in under 2 hours. They were happy to lead me through the process, explaining the different stages. The technology used is first class. All the above with zero discomfort- can't be bad!
