I’m a current private patient here having metal braces. From my initial consultation to now being 4 months into treatment the service I’ve received has been outstanding.

The staff are all professional, really friendly and welcoming. I’ve needed appointments at short notice when I’ve stained my elastics or needed something checking with my braces & they have fitted me in for appointments or provided me with the advice I required straight away.

I always look forward to my visits instead of dreading visiting the ‘dentist/orthodontist’
& that is a testament to the staff who work here. You are put at ease from day one.

My Invisalign experience at Chesterfield Orthodontics.
I started my journey back in Aug 2021 with my first consultation discussing cost , timescale, procedures and potential results. My orthodontist was Claire who was very professional , friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I was supported by several other members of the specialist team. My results after fourteen months are absolutely amazing and I would have no hesitation recommending this service from Chesterfield Orthodontics.

The whole experience has been absolutely incredible and easy, from the initial consultation to now just over a year later getting my braces taken off.
At 28 I was very nervous and apprehensive but it was so worth it. I opted for the ceramic fixed braces and my orthodontist Jon, the therapists, coordinators and receptionists were always so friendly and professional.
I never had any issues with my brackets falling off, and anytime I needed to get fresh bands in (top tip - don’t eat turmeric with clear bands!) they were happy to see me as soon as possible.
This has honestly changed my life. My confidence has soared and I can’t thank them enough for an incredible job. Highly recommend if this is something you’re thinking of doing.

My daughter has a wonderful smile now thanks to the hard working team at Chesterfield Orthodontics. They have achieved wonderful results. Efficient (appointments always on time and as quick as possible), as well as being super friendly and accommodating. My daughter has grown in confidence throughout the process and has felt more than comfortable to attend independently and discuss her needs with the team. Only one hiccup in the process with the retainer fitting but this was resolved smoothly and again very quickly. David and his team were clear on NHS waiting times and timescales and achieved what they said would happen. A relief to know that we had been noticed and cared for in the system. We chose to travel to Chesterfield from south Sheffield as its actually very handy to access and if you can’t get in the car park you can always shop for 10 minutes in the retail park whilst you wait for your child! Thanks again to a lovely team. Next is my son on the waiting list…..!

Carpark is the only negative, not many spaces and awkwardly laid out. Near impossible to get a disabled parking space. Reception staff friendly enough but chat between themselves while you are at the desk which is a little unprofessional. Can't complain about my daughters treatment so far, the treatment has been great and she is very happy and understands her dental plan going forward for her braces
