Marsh House Orthodontics

I was charged the 60 GBP consultation fee TWICE for the same issue! I went to Marsh House in September to have the wire on my lower teeth checked out. I paid the 60 GBP consultation fee and was told by one of their specialists that the wire simply needed to be glued back down for 40 additional pounds. I paid it and went on my way. Shortly thereafter, the wire came loose and when I booked another appointment they charged me another 60 GBP consultation fee! I told them that I had already been consulted by their experts and took their advice, but the work failed and now I am back, why am I being penalised for this? Nonetheless they still made me pay. Of course, a new specialist looked in my mouth for 1 second and told me that I needed a new wire which would be 300+ GBP. I have no problem paying for the additional service, but was really ticked off that I had to pay 2 consultation fees for the same issue. I found the staff very inflexible and did not put the customer first.

Lovely and comfortable service and environment. The most pleasant staff i’ve ever encountered. Greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by everyone I came into contact with. Doctor was extremely helpful. My questions answered with attentiveness. All information was explained carefully by the doctor and also Luciana who explained treatment prices. Overall I am very happy and would definitely recommend

My experience with Marsh House for the last 3 or so years has been excellent. All members of staff are fully trained and experienced within their field. 10/10!

Absolutely the friendliest, most accommodating dental or orthodontist practice I’ve encountered. They will always try and fit appointments around your schedule, friendly staff at reception invariably greet you with a smile. Appointments run on time and the orthodontists and dental technicians are fantastic. Great results and amazing service! Would definitely recommend.

My whole experience from start to finish has been a pleasurable one. Dr Williams and his team made me feel at ease and my treatment was explained to me at every stage.
I spoke to Laura or Karen who were always at the end of the phone and always happy to answer any of my questions however small. The surgery was always clean and tidy and the staff were always so friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone thinking of having brace treatment. First class service.

The best experience. As a nervous twenty-something looking to get braces, I didn't have a clue where to start. I had a sit down consultation with Laura who was so kind and helpful and I knew right away I would be going ahead with the treatment.

I looked forward to my appointments to get my braces tightened as the staff are so reassuring and invested in your 'journey'.

Cannot recommend Marsh House enough.

Pass your way, do not have your orthodontic treatment done here. They are just interested by your money, it is a daylight robbery! The fees are constantly changing. It is not transparent, have they something to hide? They should post clearly their fees on their website. Instead, you have an appointment with Laura, the "private patient coordinator"/dealing with new client/manager, who will give you the different quotes depending on the choice of your orthodontic treatment and the payment options. We chose a stainless steel orthodontic treatment for our 15 year old son. Our first quote for the full treatment was: £2400. 2nd quote 2 months later: £2100 including removable retainers, for a 18 months treatment. Then the fixed retainer fees was of £300 each. But suddenly it costs changed for £450 each!???
The money is not growing on trees in our garden guys!
About the dentists, we met once dr Williams, then we saw dr Elhuni. I have not been impressed by their professionalism. The consultations were always very (too) short? When I was trying to reach dr Williams, he was always on annual leave/not at the office, playing golf? dr Elhuni is trying his best. My overall impression of Marsh House practice is they want to make money, then eventually taking care of their clients (not patients). We are really disappointed by the overall non-professional experience. They are doctors!? They should be concerned and serious about health and your teeth, but it is clearly not the case.
