What can I say! The whole of Reigate Specialist orthodontic practice have been absolutely brilliant, all the way from reception to the orthodontic team! I had had a few issues with me teeth and at 25, I was quite nervous about getting braces so I spoke to Lucy and she reassured me and helped me decide on the best treatment for my teeth.

I’ve recently had my braces removed, and I couldn’t be happier! My teeth are now perfect and with that, I’ve become a lot more confident!

The whole team were fantastic, reassuring and just great fun to be around!

They easily deserves the 5 star rating they have!

Honestly the most incredible team!!!
After searching for many years & having various consultations with other orthodontists, I got recommended to Lucy at Reigate Specialist Orthodontic Practice, & after seeing her results on my friend, I booked straight in to meet her. Being a bit of a tricky client (I had an impacted baby tooth, so this & a few other teeth needed removing prior to starting my treatment. I hadn't committed to the surgery until I could find someone I felt I could completely trust with my abnormally small teeth). From the moment I met her, & her team I knew I was going to have a great journey to perfect teeth, Lucy was totally honest & thorough about what the plan was, & that she will not stop until they are just that-perfect.
Carol the receptionist was always on hand, & is genuinely the friendliest & most helpful person I've ever met. Thanks to her & Lucy, my awkward working hours were always accommodated for appointments, all during lockdowns etc too.
After putting a spanner in the works & getting engaged just after having my braces fitted, Lucy was so mindful of my wedding date - managing to have my treatment finished in time for my hen do! (Other orthodontists had advised anything up to 3 years, Lucy was done within a year & a half...with time for whitening too!). I couldn't be happier with my new smile & genuinely miss my visits to Lucy, Katy & Carol!

Dr Lucy and her team are absolutely fantastic and the treatment my daughter received was five star. Lucy was so kind, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had total trust in her and she always took time to answer any questions. Carol on reception was so helpful in accomodating us with appointments and always went the extra mile as did Lucy to make the process as smooth as possible. We can’t thank you all enough! You are a wonderful team and we have a very happy daughter!

Absolutely delighted with the results of my treatment. I have an hereditary issue that impacts the positioning of my teeth and would ultimately result in loss of enamel and teeth erosion like my dad has. After consulting with Urvi she advised that traditional braces were the best option (more efficient than invisilign) - bonus is that my teeth are now also lovely and straight!
I’ve felt at ease with the whole team from the first appointment onwards. I have felt listened to and details have been paid attention to. My braces were taken out on my birthday and I was welcomed to the practice that day with a card signed by the whole team. You can’t beat that sort of client service!!
