The staff were very kind and informative, they go through each treatment plan in depth and tell you everything that is wrong with your teeth. The place is very clean and the staff make you feel at ease. I would for sure recommend it to anyone to have treatments at Premier Orthodontics.

I had a very positive experience throughout my 3 years of treatment with them. On a personal level they were always friendly, professional & patient. Time was taken to explain all treatment in detail with clear planning and attention at all stages. There were no hidden costs, fees, or any other such underhandedness.

I'm extremely pleased with the end result, its nice to finally be able to eat normally again. Many thanks to Elettra and the team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I began my invisalign journey at the end 2019 and due to the pandemic, naturally my process took longer than expected. The team at Premier Orthodontics stayed in constant communication and were extremely reassuring even at such an uncertain time.

Alettra and Katie were amazing! Very kind, professional and compassionate throughout the way. If I had any concerns, they never dismissed anything and really listened. If something wasn't quite right, new scans were taken and aligners were ordered. My experience was very positive due to the level of care and understanding.
Nurun definitely knows her stuff! She was amazing in every way, she always took in consideration my work schedule so that I could make my appointments round work. She was quick at either answering emails or phone calls. She excellently coordinating my appointments with my dentist when I needed my composite bonding....the list goes on!

I would HIGHLY recommend Premier Orthodontics, they'll take good care of you!

I started my orthodontic journey at 40 when I decided I wanted to address my smile for TMJ issues, oral hygiene and of course, a more aesthetically pleasing smile. The team were super amazing from booking to first appointments and follow up’s. Finally, having my braces off, revealed more than I’d ever hoped for. I was so shocked at how my teeth looked! My jaw click was improved and oral hygiene significantly easier. The team were so nice and easy to talk to. The appliance fitted was state of the art with no annoying little individual elastic bands as they used the Damon bracket system. Easy to clean and smaller in the mouth. I can not thank the team enough. I’ll be bringing my children in for fixed braces as soon as they are ready so it’s not goodbye just yet! Special thanks to Elettra, Katie, Sarah, Nurun & Amelia.

The achieved result is particularly remarkable provided that NHS orthodontist, whom we consulted first, suggested extracting four healthy teeth to reduce overcrowding, put my daughter on the waiting list and hasn't contacted us yet.
