The entire team is efficient, highly professional with a very friendly customer service approach .Appointment system is brilliant - was very accommodating with times, a reminder message was sent to my phone a day before my appointment.I also had a call confirming my appointment. The orthodontist was excellent. She was very reassuring and helpful and provided an informative treatment plan. Highly recommend this Orthodontic Dental Practice.

Really impressed with the staff here, they are very professional and polite. Don't have to wait months on end to get the next appointment. My daughter had her braces put in last week and everything went smoothly.

Just took off my braces after 3 long years and all I can say is that Dr. Muniza Rizvi And Dr. Rupa were the best orthodontist I’ve had! They were gentle with me, took their time with everything and it was all worth it at the end! I really do recommend this place. All staff and the environment is friendly! 100% recommend.

My problem with this Dental Specialist is phoning them.How can you have more than one company in different areas and only have one telephone number. If you have only one telephone number you shall have a receptionist to transfer the calls to other companies. The same telephone number cannot serve Brent and Ealing how its been set up. Everytime I phoned its Ealing not Brent how can a patient get through with Brent by phoning 50 times this is ridiculous.

I recently had my braces removed after wearing them for two years. Throughout that time, my orthodontist, Muniza, was always very pleasant and welcoming to me at every appointment. Normally, I have social anxiety, but with her, I felt at ease because she is so kind and patiently explained everything that would happen at each appointment. Thank you so much; I'm very happy with the result 😊

Absolutely amazing transformation by Sonal, Belinda and the rest of the team. My teeth were really out of shape and I had a bad bite before my treatment, and it only took about 9 months for my teeth to be looking unreal. Very happy with the service, highly recommend going here for any sort of treatment.
