Phoenix Orthodontic Practice

First time using this centre as have previously been referred to Romford for other kids...Sadly, only giving this place a one after 3 visits, even though recieved a slightly improved service on our last visit... Receptionist provides a very poor experience the moment you enter, no smile or eye contact. Dentist just seems like he in a rush all the time to get you straight back out of the door. Will update further after completion of service.

Had a great experience with Phoenix orthodontic practice with my daughter braces.Dr. Jhonathan and assistant and all team made do a wonderful job. AMAZING⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They return me daudhter smile.We also THANKFUL for lovely reception staff .Always good ,warm and nice atmosphere .Thank you all verry much.Highly recommend Phoenix Orthodontic Practice. My Daughter has Jonathan Alexander as her Orthodontic.
My Daughter is in the first stage of receiving braces. she has not had them fitted yet, but so far, Johnathan is always polite and explains to my Daughter what is going on with her teeth and the following stages that will be taking place on her next visit.

Been with this orthodontist for more than 5 years and have never had a bad experience! Very professional, friendly and caring staff. I have been coming to them from Birmingham for the past 4 years and every single time I feel very welcome , they ask how you feel about your treatment and review your progress with you which is very helpful! Every appointment I have been to has been right on time, the practice always provides me with an appointment time that’s suitable for me and just over all they take care of every single patient and they want to provide you with the best treatment possible! Overall I don’t have one complaint and will be sad to leave them once my treatment is finished. Would highly recommend coming here for treatment!😁
