Amazing experience, fast appointment, friendly staff and dr Shihab is so lovely. He takes time answering all my questions and makes you feel comfortable!

Staff are extremely professional and friendly. Been a patient for over 6 years and the experience throughout the whole period of time has been extremely positive and consistent. Waiting time has never been a disappointment. Really happy with the new teeth and the whole process was not as painful since they have been very carefully taken care of by the dentists. Would recommend this place to anyone with any sort of problems.

Best dental practise I’ve visited in years! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Dentist are thorough and take time to explain options and ensure you are comfortable with treatment received. Even my kids look forward to their regular check ups!

So far so good I am really happy with the service am receiving for my daughter there, it has been a huge differences in her smile n looks & hoping in few months time she will have the best results which we are happy with & the braces will come off

I had an emergency appointment in a belief that I would receive proper treatment, yet the dentist told me he is only able to do something about the paint but unable to treat my teeth, because if you book an emergency appointment you don't get full treatment - than what's the point of the whole process ? I booked in a belief my tooth would be fixed, yet I have received no treatment but they made me pay the NHS fee. I would only recommend to stay away from this place.

I really disappointed the work they do with my son’s teeth, I pay nearly £3.000 pounds for nothing and they didn’t correct the problem even when the dentist (the blonde one) admite the problem was they didn’t extract the tooth out.

Disgusting customer service. The staff expect you to basically be jobless and have nothing to do so they can do what they please in terms of uninformed scheduling. The manager is tone deaf and loves hearing herself speak, don't know how she got to this position with her rude behaviour but she should be fired. If you expect a decent dental service I would not reccomend this place.

They are so rude how are they not giving me braces when i'm so insecure about my teeth, i have a gap and a overbite. They even gave my older brother braces when he practically has straight teeth. Im so upset about this.
