Accessible Orthodontics

What can I say, the reception staff were friendly and professional. We got seen straight away and following our first consultation this followed straight away with a braces consultation. All the staff Jo, Jo and Laura were amazing putting my son at ease and answering any questions we had. I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone. Definitely 5 star. Can’t believe people have put it at one star!

Receptionist staff are friendly, I always have a giggle with them. Laura the orthodontist is very friendly too. Always happy to see us.
The appointment system works 8 weeks in advance. So if you miss an appointment (as I have) then it can be a little frustrating.. They do have emergency surgery every morning though.

Brilliant service. Extremely professional staff (Dr Aurela and Dr Laura were just brilliant) - within a day we went from a detailed treatment plan to having braces fitted. They both made my daughter feel very comfortable and helped address any concerns she had. The reception staff were equally welcoming and supportive. Could not have hoped for a better service. Thank you!

Great service even though we had to travel from Birmingham. Went here for a second opinion as 1st said no to the braces these did a good examination and took us on . Really please daughter after 1yr 3months straight teeth perfect. had them off today really pleased . Well worth the travelling. Carnt recommended enough

We have been visiting this branch for 3 years now. Cannot fault the staff and the service particularly when there was the occasional emergency. Our son now has a fantastic straight set of teeth and is proud to show them off. The Orthodontist Jo Tudisco is really friendly, explains things carefully and makes you feel totally at ease.

My daughter was referred to this practice for braces, and for the last 18mths has been receiving treatment. We recently learned we were to relocate to the US with treatment not quite finished. The practice did everything they could to accommodate our impending move, and booked in multiple appointments in order to speed up the treatment programme to enable my daughter to have her braces removed before we left for the US - mid-January 2022. Appointment times were staggered well and I have always been seen on time with minimal waiting around, it is never crowded in their waiting room with lots of space, and their COVID protocols are excellent and everyone must wear a mask/sanitise etc. Staff could not have done more for us and were extremely pleasant. Most importantly my daughter has teeth to die for - at 14 she is very conscious of her appearance and wears nothing but a smile these days :-) I have been extremely pleased with this practice and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Really couldn't ask for more from them - Dr Doru and Jane are an amazing pair and put me right at ease, taking me through what will happen from start to finish without being condescending. Also, Michelle is really sweet too, making the payment side of things much more bearable!

I visited after having an orthodontic relapse (WEAR YOUR RETAINERS!) and then trying postal aligners to fix the problem (which just made things worse) so I was expecting a bit of a lecture, but honestly every staff member I've met there has been a delight. Just waiting on my Invisalign to arrive, but couldn't be happier so far.

Nuneaton accessible orthodontist has the worst receptionists .. they are arrogant and very rude .. like you step in their kingdom .. I want to throw up when I was there with how rude and arrogant they are , or maybe they are racist because when they hear our accent they immediately change their behaviour towards us , very rude !!! Never recommend ! Go somewhere else where you will be treated nicely . I would never recommend this orthodontic because of rude staff.. they are very unprofessional as well.,, you see them backstabbing and rolling their eyes towards other colleagues..
