My son comes here for his orthodontic treatment. They’ve always been really good, reassuring and friendly. Exactly what you need when you are having treatment. Nice environment. Parking is limited.

My treatment with Total Orthodontics has been great: well organised, efficient, clear with instruction and guidance and thoroughly professional. Add to this the staff (my Dr, the nurses, the reception staff and everyone else) gave the best customer service including accommodating me at short notice, always with politeness and a little welcome good humour too, and all done with honesty and integrity. If you're considering getting treatment done, based on my experience, you're very much in safe hands with this team. Highly recommended.

Two of my daughters have been patients of this practice and I could not have asked for a better team of professionals. Nabel, Justyna and their team of nurses have always been brilliant and made us feel comfortable with the treatment process. The reception ladies always make everyone feel welcome and take interest in the patients' experience. I can only speak highly of Nabel and his team and would not hesitate to recommend them. They deliver a highly professional service with a lovely personal touch.

What lovely practice with extra lovely ladies at the reception.. They were both so very helpful when I needed lots of different letters for referrals, they also found my sons Favourite puppy toy once we had left and posted him back to us with a lovely letter attached!One happy mummy and little boy. Having my own teeth straightened at Total Orthodontics Woking over the last couple of years, I've always been impressed by the professional yet cheerful expression exhibited by the staff. Since my first appointment, Total Orthodontics Woking has not only realigned my teeth, but also fix my underbite. This has allowed me to be fully expressive in public, not having to worry about my dental situation. I highly recommended Total Orthodontics Woking, as although I don't have have much experience with many other orthodontic institutions, my experience with this institution is definitely above my would be expectations.

Unprofessional staff my wife was late exactly 7 minutes and has phoned before hand to explain why ( not from the area)and was declined to be seen!!and many many occasions we have been made waiting almost 20miutes for their rude dentist !!I have disconnected my daughter's treatment from them and NHS has to stepp in for their unfair treatment!! Absolutely discrase 😡😡

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it is dealing with the receptionists here in particular. I'm afraid the old stereotype of the deeply unhelpful doctor/dentist receptionist is still true in many organisations. But not here. Very helpful.
