The Old School House Orthodontic Centre

I've been coming here for 3 years now and every time the services is of a high standard.
The receptionists are lovely and happy to help. They always have a smile on their face. The orthodontists and the assistants are wonderful too they make you feel comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone that needs or wants braces

Fantastic in every way, very well looked after, explained to my son very slowly and clearly after having his braces fitted how to still continue to look after his teeth and what to expect while having his braces.

The receptionist Imogen Clements was very friendly and helpful, giving a warm welcome when we arrived. A very good first impression for the practice. The Therapist, Jo was friendly and professional, working efficiently with her nurse while also making the patient feel at ease and comfortable. Whenever I have phoned the practice , whoever I have spoken to has been very helpful and accommodating.

Loz is a great receptionist who shows compassion and understanding. The dentist and dental assistant on the last visit was abrupt dismissive and for showed no care or consideration for my daughters comfort and well-being. Previos visits had left her in tears as instructions for precedures had not been relaid to other practitioner. I would not recommend detist at this surgery.
