Within the course of my two and a half years of treatment at Total Orthodontics, I am very happy with the results. Any problems with the brace, they would always bring me in as soon as possible and in general flexible with the appointment times. I have 5 other siblings (1 currently still in treatment) who came to this practice as well and are all happy with the results and found the staff lovely!

Hard to get appointments they are always months away especially for a specialist clinic. My child has braces I understand that requires a specialist but they are an orthodontist so why is clinic only twice a week. Every time I call the receptionist I find them rude and unhelpful.

Half way through my son's treatment all the staff couldn't do enough to help, very good with appointments around school times and will accommodate times you require, the clinic is extremely clean. Couldn't fault the clinic at all. They also make you feel comfortable with treatments and talk you through the options available.

We had our first appointment here today and my daughter left the dentist very upset, she actually burst into tears once we got outside, it wasn't what the dentist had said but the way it was said to her, not very happy to have my daughter upset like this, especially on her first visit, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful
