Helix House Orthodontics

After a lot of research I decided to go with Helix House for my Invisilign treatment as they are Diamond standard providers and I wanted the best !
My teeth were corrected within a year and I am highly delighted with the result, I can't stop smiling!
The whole team are lovely, very friendly and professional. They cant do enough for you and make you feel at ease.
I'm highly delighted with my new smile and would 100% recommend Helix House. You won't be disappointed !

I was very nervous about taking the Invisalign treatment because at a long time ago my treatment from another clinic was failed and ruined my teeth. Now I have the perfect smile so much better than I expected and the whole process has been super nice. I highly recommend Helix if you are considering Invisalign.

Helix House is a fantastic practice, and were particularly helpful when my son was wearing his braces. Appointments were very efficient and the staff was extremely patient when we struggled with the scanning app! My son is feeling more confident about his smile now that his braces are off!

I have been attending Helix House orthodontics for the last 18 months and I am so pleased that I chose them for my Invisalign treatment. Every appointment I have attended, I have been met with a friendly and warm welcome. The staff are so professional, polite and accommodating. Generally pleased with the service provided (Invisalign, ongoing). I have revised my earlier review - having had a few issues with delays and miscommunications, I feel like I was unlucky in my experience and my feedback has really been taken on board by the team at Helix House. I'm now hopeful that the rest of my treatment will go smoothly and I feel confident in going to them with any worries or queries.

My daughter had her braces through Helix. The Helix team were all amazing! Always so welcoming, smiling and kind. The dental monitoring was great and meant visits only when necessary.
The treatment was quicker than expected and without any intrusive intervention that the NHS dentist had told us we would have to have.

Really would not recommend this place. I haven’t had full treatment but had an initial consultation. The treatment plan I was quoted was for a severe case, however other orthodontists have said I am a mild case.

I asked for a second opinion of my X-rays from the other specialist, due to having conflicting advice from other orthodontists, and was told they will not give me any specialist time unless I pay £150 to have another consultation, a new set of X-rays, and a new scan. It takes 5 mins for a specialist to review an X-ray, and this was for a consultation that I’ve already paid for.

I then struggled to get a refund for my initial consultation fee (despite it being free through an offer) and they also would not honour their Black Friday offer, even though I followed all the instructions listed on their website for the offer - stating some condition of needing to pay a £500 that isn’t listed on the offer, which clearly states no hidden fees.

Really unhappy with how helix house have treated me as a potential patient. They’re difficult at every stage so far and can’t even offer something as basic as a second opinion of an X-ray without wanting more money, but expect you to agree to a £5000+ treatment.

Avoid and go elsewhere.

I went to collect my new retainers from Helix House as had some dental work done and was in need of new retainers. I went with my 11 week old daughter that is breastfed. I arrived 30 minutes earlier was offered a drink, and as my little one was getting hungry, I was very plesently surprised when Maxine offered me a separate room so I can get comfortable and have a bit of a privacy. This is one of the reasons why I would recommend Helix House Orthodontics to anyone, not only they are professional, they will look after you and are breastfeeding friendly, is so lovely, I must admit this have made my day. I highly recommend them. Thank you ❤️
