Second appointment but with Matthew this time. Went through issue with lower back and he did a quick assessment before treatment. Explained everything as he went along - through muscles he was manipulating and the reasoning behind the treatment I received. Very professional and gentle. Would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic service, the sports message is a perfect recovery must for people who enjoy their workout/sport. Having tried a few other places more local and been disappointed, the trip over to Sittingbourne is well worth the effort for this excellent professional service.

I had an appointment with Matt having been suffering from a really stiff neck and shoulders and debilitating migraines for weeks. He found the troubled spot and worked the knots out. After one session I was able to move freely and felt so much more loose. Amazing session, excellent advice. I highly recommend his services. Very knowledgeable.

Started the mum and baby Pilates classes with Laura and loving them, really feel like they’re working and she’s fantastic with my little boy when he needs a bit of attention during the session. Very thorough and explains everything ensuring I understand how I should be doing it. I’m so glad I’d seen them advertised and started coming along on a Monday.

Pilates with Laura is something I look forward to every week for my mind, body and spirit. It has helped enormously with various aches and pains I had as well as strengthening my body and toning me up. Laura is knowledgeable and professional and there is a lovely energy in her class. The class is a mix of ages and abilities and Laura is fantastic at adapting what we are doing to suit the individual. I would highly recommend!

I have been to Michelle many times over several years for myself & always found her to be professional, calm, reassuring and her treatments of osteopathy and acupuncture always helped resolve any issue I had gone with. Have been going for years, Claire is fantastic, the place is always welcoming and clean, everyone is friendly and accommodating and it's always a pleasure going. Not to mention how much Claire helps to keep me from being in too much pain with my fibromylagia.

I saw Nikki, who was amazing. I booked in for a 15 minute call and Nikki got me an appointment for 1:45pm the same day. She was so lovely and supportive and made me feel really comfortable. She was informative and kind, I’ve already booked back in. Would highly recommend
