Highly recommend Christoph. I've had two sessions and saw significant improvements in a knee issue that's been ongoing for nine months and a foot issue ongoing for three months after just the first session. Following the second session my symptoms are minimal and I'm confident will be gone soon.

Christoph is excellent! I have been having calf & Achilles pain for a few months when I run and after a quick but detailed examination, Christoph knew how and why I was having the pain. He explained the problem to me very clearly & I learnt a lot. He provided a deep tissue massage and made me feel comfortable enough to try acupuncture for the first time! He gave me simple exercises to work on & followed up via email. I would 100% recommend.

I saw Christoph for a groin injury that I was struggling to address with other health professionals for months. He was able to clearly explain the issues I was experiencing and gave me treatment as well as exercises to do myself. Within two weeks my symptoms were almost gone - amazing.
