I have experienced various spine ailments since the 1980s. My fave osteopath of all time moved to France years ago and I have spent the intervening years trying to find a acceptable replacement. In a chance encounter with one of her patients I was recommended to Sarah. What a recommendation that has proved to be. Sarah has given me a mobility in my shoulders I have not experienced in 25 years. I have had NHS injections and physios poking and prodding for most of those years. Now I can rotate both arms without sounding like a chorus of castanets. She has also done wonders for my lower back and a rib problem.

The thing I love about Sarah is that a visit to her practise never fails to produce a cheery welcome. Her patient care and manner is a delight.

Trust me if you are looking for a good Osteopath, give Sarah a try. I can assure you you will not be disappointed.

I first visited Sarah as I was suffering with lower back pain and after an initial consultation, the problem was fixed after 3 or 4 sessions. As somebody who hates their back being touched, Sarah made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. Great service and I will certainly use her again should I have any further issues with my back.

I had been experiencing some shoulder and hip pain so I decided to search for an osteopath near me, found Sarah via Google and I'm so glad I did. She was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. She was able to locate the problem areas in my shoulder and hip and after only 2 appointments I am definitely feeling a difference. Sarah Beer, the osteopath, is very polite and really friendly. And she has been practicing for quite a few years now.

At first I was a little apprehensive, but she explains everything she is doing. And if you have any questions she will answer you in plain English, not beating around the bush.
And it doesn't come at a surprise that if you need to book an appointment, you will have to keep your fingers crossed because her calendar is extremely busy. But worth it!

Had my first appointment with Sarah last week. She took a thorough history and comprehensive assessment, and really focused on the areas I needed some help with. She answered my many questions and gave some great tips for on going care. Lovely clinic room too. Looking forward to coming back for a top up appointment whenever I need it again!

Sarah is a wonderful and highly skilled osteopath who gives a brilliant sports massage too. I see her regularly for ‘maintenance’ and she has also come to the rescue when I pulled my back and could barely even stand up straight! As a doula, I don’t hesitate to recommend her to my pregnant and postnatal clients, knowing they will be in very good hands. Magic fingers aside, Sarah is also a really lovely human being!
