Mark is fantastic. I have had lower back pain for a number of months due to my job and he has helped ease the pain with kind, professional treatment. He listens to my somewhat garbled description of the pain location, talks me through the cause and then treats it with care and consideration. I've never felt nervous about going to see him and have always left feeling better. I would recommend him 100%. Thank you Mark for your expertise!

I've experienced severe issues with my lower back for quite some time now. I'm constantly in pain and at my worst, suffered sciatica in my right leg for a number of months. After trying to manage the pain by use of painkillers, I suffered another bout of lower back pain and thought enough was enough and visited Mark by recommendation from my sister, who lives in the local area. Mark managed to establish the issue very quickly and I went from barely being able to stand up properly and barely being able to walk to being able to walk and move around with 60% less pain after only one visit. After the second visit, I felt even better and cannot believe how fast Mark was able to "fix me" and allow me to get back to my normal routine. I would 100% recommend visiting Mark who was very professional and sympathetic with my issues. Mark used a mixture of acupuncture and spine manipulation to assist me and I am forever grateful. :)
Also, there is parking for those who prefer to drive or it's just an easy 10m walk from Sydenham station for those who don't drive. I'm surprised at how well priced the sessions are too, very cheap! I'd definitely recommend!!!!! :)

Mark is a very experienced osteopath and also provides acupuncture treatment. He has helped me with chronic pain located in my jaw, neck and shoulder blade. I have also suffered with general anxiety and migraines, not something that can be cured in only a couple of sessions but I can definitely feel an improvement.
