I contacted Thomas because I wanted to improve my posture. After my first treatment, I could already feel and see a huge difference, and now - several treatments later - my posture has improved so much! My back feels a lot straighter and I no longer experience any back pain or discomfort after a long day at the office.

Thomas is very professional and extremely good at what he does. On top of that, he's just a genuinely nice guy, and I'm more than happy to recommend him and London Osteopathy Practice!

Tomas was recommended to me by a friend when I hurt my sacroiliac joint. I could barely walk, and his being able to do a home visit was a life saver. He not only helped my pain massively, but showed me various exercises to speed up my recovery. He is very knowledgeable and his understanding of physiotherapy is very helpful to aiding recovery. I found him to be extremely professional and his rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with back pain.

A few months ago I was struggling with enormous back pain radiating to my leg. I could barely move, I couldn't sit still in one position. There were days when I cried out of pain. GP prescribed me more, stronger painkillers, and finally psychotropic for "muscle relaxation". He diagnosed sciatica but still wasn't able to relieve my pain.

In the end, I looked for help on my own and found Tomasz.
Tomasz is a great, qualified osteopath, who ruled out sciatica after just 5 minutes of interview.
He gave me a massage, set my bones and after 30 minutes I felt much better.

Tomasz also told me to stop taking all the painkillers that weren't necessary anymore! It turned out that my muscles were very pinched and the massage just relaxed them.

I felt like newborn! 😍

I also got exercises that I did at home, and lots of valuable advice!

I highly recommend Mr. Tomasz!
Don't wait for GP to help you!!!

Tomas is friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Understands the problem and resolves it with his treatment and advices. I had neck and back problems due to bad posture at work and Tomas helped me a lot. Strongly recommend him. Will definetely visit again in the future.

I first used Thomas earlier this year with a really bad back pain, Tom's expertise slowly but surely corrected the problem with a mixture of osteopath techniques and homework I had to do at home to heal as quickly as possible.

I am a regular gym goer and so I'm prone to injuries and recently an old shoulder issue flared up so of course I went back to Tom, we are currently a few months in to correcting the shoulder and each time I leave Tom's treatment room I breath a sigh of relief because each time its improving. I couldnt recommend Thomas more highly and whatever the issue is that you have I'm certain he can fix it, he is amazing.

Tomasz is an incredibly nice and extremely professional osteopath that was actively invested in my injury recovery. He explained to me my issue extensively but in a simple way and we worked together doing different exercises to build up strength in my sprained ankle. Absolutely recommend.

I'm grateful I found Thomas after trying unsuccessfully to heal shoulder pain (impingement/rotator cuff) with exercises I found online. Thomas provides everything you need - understanding of the injury, hands on treatment, and exercises and stretches not only for healing, but also for ongoing care. And self massage with a tennis ball! He also asked about my cycling and gave great advice generally on how to avoid shoulder pain in future. Do yourself a favour and go straight to Thomas.
