I was very fortunate to choose this practice for an osteopathic treatment with Nick and it worked very very well for me. He was gentle and the treatment effective. As a bonus I was able to take my son along and he was kept entertained with toys and even helped with the end of the treatment ;-)

I had a nasty bout of Sciatica and Nick really worked his magic, after only 4 sessions I was fully recovered !

The White Practice is a wonderful find for treating pain without medication. Kelly has treated me several times and I find her to be very professional and approachable and her treatments are incredibly effective. She is my first port of call for any muscular or even digestive problems and will use acupuncture if she thinks that it will help.
If you are in pain, just make an appointment.....you will not regret it!

Kelly dealt with my very painful torn calf muscle brilliantly, with manipulations of the damaged area and targeted exercises. Fully recovered after Kelly's treatment - highly recommended! Kelly also treated me for gout and relieved much of the pain at a critical phase.

I arrived with awful back pain but Nicky was very gentle and hugely knowledgeable. A few days later after initial treatment, an appropriate back brace and some exercises to do at home I feel so much better. I'm actually looking forward to my follow up appointment. I can't recommend them enough.
