Taylor Osteopathy

I was recommended by a friend to contact Neil@Taylor Osteopathy for pain in lower back, leg and knee. Neil has a friendly but professional approach and is thorough with diagnosis and treatment. He will take the time to explain everything in detail to put you at ease. I was given an appointment the same day I contacted the practise which was perfect as I was in discomfort. Neil showed me exercises and stretches to perform at home and after only 3 visits, I can honestly say I feel so much better!! I have no hesitation in recommending Neil and his practise.

I have been a patient of Taylor Osteopathy for the last 2 years due to recurring low back issues. Neil carefully examined and diagnosed my problem at my first appointment and administered some manipulation that resolved my immediate pain. He also advised stretches that I could perform daily at home to prevent further issues. I am prone to flare ups caused usually by sport and every time this happens I go straight back to Neil, who uses a range of techniques to ease the pain from manipulation, medical acupuncture to a deep tissue laser.

I came to Neil with lower back pan as a result of my scoliosis and after having him asses me he clearly explained what was causing the pain and then we decided upon the right treatment for me and after just a short period of time i have felt significant improvements and feel much more empowered to deal with my condition. I have had myalgic encephalitis, hypomobility and fibromyalgia since the age of 14 and over the years it has got worse and worse, my parents even paid for me to go over to switzerland to get treatment and it worked for a short amount of time but that was it!! Then my step mum set me up with niel and for once in again in my life i could wash my hair on my own and dry it on my own without my arms feeling like theyve been run over by a truck, also do my makeup without my arms aching and can now go for long walks without being in so much pain, its not a cure but i believe its the closest im going to get to live a normal life, hes also the cheapest oestopath iv had the pleasure of meeting which makes no sense as hes the only one iv met that can help me, he doesnt just deal with people with illness's, also anyone with sports injuries, bad backs ect.

As someone who has always bad posture and has a stiff back from gym usage , Neil was excellent in helping me with these problems and I no longer have these issues. Neil increases my flexibility in my back in the first session as my back was so tight I couldn’t reach my toes but could at the end of the first appointment. I always found Neil to be professional, polite and friendly. He is courteous and efficient and uses texhinques and exercises that really help your posture and bad back. I would wholeheartedly recommend Neil if you need an osteopath, he really puts you at ease and is incredibly passionate about his profession and helping his patients.
