More recently, Kat has revised this plan to include targetted exercise and treatment allowing me to continue to play a variety of sports, maintain an active lifestyle and improve general well-being. despite advancing years! I went to Jekaterina for treatment on my knee after damaging it on holiday. She was highly recommended to me by a friend.
She used the ultrasound to treat the damage on my knee after establishing it was muscle damage not actually a meniscus tear.
After my second appointment the sac of fluid has disappeared and the acupuncture has helped with movement! I feel so much better!
