Can recommend Cupar Osteopath, after 2 weeks in pain and unable to sleep in any position that was comfortable I booked an appointment here. It was the best decision i made in a while. 1st appt made a huge difference on the day and a follow up appointment the next week resolved to problem completely. This was my fisrt ever time attending an Osteopath and I would thoroughly recommend this outlet.

I had neck pain and Elle massaged the area etc but the pain and discomfort is still present and consider it to have been a complete waste of time.

I have been seeing Ellie for nearly a year now, for treatment on my hip and back. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional and puts you at ease.
If she feels that a problem needs further investigation or that treatment could aggravate or cause further injury she will be honest with you.
I would highly recommend her.
