The staff were were extremely helpful. We didn't have a lot of time but I was able to choose the walking shoes I needed and try them on within the time available. I would certainly recommend this shop as the staff as well as being helpful made me feel as if I was the only person in the shop.

I took a faulty coat back l was treated very promptly and professionally very friendly manager and nothing was to much trouble for him . He took his time in reassuring me that the problem would be resolved. To my delight it was resolved quickly, hope trespass know what a great guy their manager is very little service is to that standard today , thank you for your help , Sandra Phillips

Terribly sad to see this branch closing, and consequently the stock is being thinned out. That said, the prices are also heavily cut, so if you need outdoor gear across a wide range of activities, the now would be a good time to find it here - before it's too late.

Lots of choice and when I went it was Black Friday so there were lots of reductions. Bought some spray for waterproofing my coat. Good service including information how to use the product.

Staff were helpful, knew exactly what I was looking for. Good product knowledge and service was great.. get them some gloves, poor girl on the till her hands were freezing

Is a great shop and very helpfull and polite and i no what so public people would say that the staff are only nice to u cos they wont u to spend more money in the shops which in away is true but any staff still can be nice and polite to u just as i would call a friend but great shop
