Millets

Really poor customer service. Staff show no interest in customers, I picked up an item to buy but ended up leaving empty handed as even though the shop was empty bar me, the two staff members were busy gossiping and giggling and not serving so I walked away and put the jumper back. As someone that works in retail customer experience should be the focus and it certainly isn't here. I like Millets on a whole but the staff really do let it down and need more training.

Selection of shoes fantastic, but didn't have my size. Womens coats are limited to blues and blacks as far as I could tell but I needed khaki for a trip to Africa. You don't wear blues and blacks as they attract the bugs but they could only offer this for mens coats not womens staff were efficient and very good .

The staff in st albans millets didn't seem to want to work before whereas the new manager is very helpful and knows his job well, I think he is still learning as he's new in the job but I do believe he'll be a good asset to the company

Lots of choice. I bought a really good rucksack. Perfect for a week away travelling.

Store looks little from outside. But packed with varieties of camping, clothing for all weather needs.

Nice enough staff and stock , overpriced labels , North face jacket , not water proof , not windproof, not anything proof.

Super helpful friendly and polite staff with a good knowledge of the stock they keep

Nice shop with plenty of offers and good choice,friendly staff,very helpful,could be just a
little bigger.
