The management have are not trained in statutory rights, so be prepared to fight for your money back if you have a problem with an item. This will no doubt cause you a hassle problem.

Amazing above and beyond service today from assistant manager Josh. Very knowledgeable and handled my query perfectly. I also noticed he had a lovely leadership style with other members of staff. A young lady there was very knowledgeable and friendly too. Both members of staff were very outdoorsy and had a passion for fitness which is just what you would hope for in such a shop. Expectations exceeded.

I was having a great time until one of the weird employees came up to me, his name was ''Zach''. Keep him under control next time. He better watch out.

Very helpful staff. A bit dark inside but this is something they can't change. Quite affordable prices.

Good offers at present but limited sizes of waterproof jackets for kids.

What a lovely outdoor shop, an absolute gem!
The staff were just wonderful - from handling my query over the phone to patiently assisting various customers in store, to the checkout process - nothing was a problem. The best customer service I've seen delivered in a while.
And all this just before close of play on a Sunday afternoon! :-)

Great quality stock and good sales, however there's not much mens stuff and they had upstairs closed for some reason.
Also the girl that was working had a bad attitude.
But an okay experience.
