Only went in to have a look but I was very impressed that a member of staff asked if I needed help. Don't see that much these days and I hate being ignored by staff when I may need help

Yes you'll find some great deals here, along with a good range. But the highlight was David, he really went out of his way to help. Nothing was too much trouble, he stopped whatever he was doing to concentrate on my needs and wants. Having worked in sales and marking most of my life, I have become sensitised to when things are done well. And that was certainly the case on my visit. All down to Dave's natural sales ability and no doubt good training. Thanks

Outstanding customer service. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and even had a playful side with our dog. The balance was refreshing and inviting. I'm just dissapointed that I couldn't make a purchase as my size wasn't in stock.
