Also I have purchased several accessories as I find their range absolutely amazing.

Great service today. I returned a pair of boots I bought 10 months ago as the soles were coming away. The guys in store replaced them with no issues. Excellent service. 👍

Husband and I needed new walking shoes .We found some , the assistant was so pleasant, helpful explained they may come up smaller, she knew her" stuff ".We both commented on how lovely she was , and made the shopping experience fun .

Visited today for the first time. The lady that served me was so nice and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. She went above and beyond and even saved me some money so definitely customer focused. I'll visit again and recommend to others :)

2 stars is because the manager at the Galleria was getting stressed and a bit curt as it was busy and only 1 of 2 tills was working. Felt for her but even so!
As Black Friday, I found some nice bargains thanks!
