Very helpful staff. Always good discounts. Good selection of stuff for such a small shop. I rarely leave without having bought something extra that you know will come in handy once day.

Horrendous experience with online order to this store. Order was apparently split for delivery but only one email was received confirming order was available for pickup. The email had details for all items so went to store to collect.
At the store, they could only find 1 of the 4 items and we spent over 20 minutes waiting while they were on the phone trying to find the rest of the order. Eventually we were asked to come back 2 days later in case the rest had arrived and if not we would be refunded for remainder and could get from shop stock instead.
Rang 2 days later and rest had not been delivered so was refunded and was told that reserved stock could be brought instead before end of following day.
Went next morning on way to work only to arrive and find one of the staff still waiting outside to get in as colleague was late. That person arrived at 9:15am (had now been waiting 15 minutes and already I will now be late for work) but only allowed himself and other staff member in. Waited another 5 minutes and eventually called as store still wasn’t open. Someone answered and said it would be another 10 minutes or so!
I could not wait until 9:30 for a store that is supposed to be open at 9:00am so left and will purchase elsewhere.

Will avoid in future as online ordering is poor and in-store staff timeliness needs improvement.

Bagged an absolute bargain on an air tent and some equipment which worked out as less than half price. I'd found the deal online and after asking at nearer stores to my home found that the Haywards Heath brand was the nearest stockist. The staff in the shop were incredibly helpful and made reserving the tent and picking the equipment super easy. They even helped me carry the tent to my car as I had two of my children with me and couldn't carry it safely whilst holding their hands. Thanks ladies, you made my day, and our entire family's camping trip possible! 😊

Always get good service and advice, staff are always polite, and i find that Millets have better quality goods than other outdoor outlets.

Staff were friendly.
