I and a friend needed to go to Ultimate Outdoor today, for a DPD parcel. A great personnel named Andy helped us. He is very kind and helpful. I really appreciate him. I will go there again for shopping. Thank you Andy

They might be cheap - but the after-sales service is appalling. Unhelpful replies from uncaring people. The "computer says no" sketched in Little Britain were obviously based on the Ultimate Outdoors customer service team.

Great collection for outdoor activities , shoes , clothes other stuff. Also amazing kids collection. One must go and try out different options
They are promoting closing out sale at this point of time .

Bought a Tern bicycle as UO honored the "always 10% better". I paid the asking price then once delivered they refunded me the difference. Not sure why people mention poor customer service. They have been fantastic. Emails get responded with 10min generally. Keep up the good work. Many thanks

Great outdoors store, has been closing down for the last 2 years but still in business which is very convenient! They sell all kinds of gear and stock many great brands, only downside is the lack of pricing on individual items so you often have to go to the till with a selection of goods to find out how much they are.

As someone new to the world of hiking, I needed advice as to what my specific needs were but also value for money. I found one of their staff members, Hope to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic and keen to help. She was very busy yet afforded me her time and energy. As a result, I am confident that I have the most appropriate equipment suited to my individual needs. Big thankyou to Hope and the rest of the team....can't wait to now get hiking!!

Wonderful service today from friendly, helpful staff in this store. As a total novice, I wanted help and advice on walking poles. The man on the door directed me to the area I needed, where another man showed me what I needed, adjusted them to the correct height, and explained how to walk with them. I took them to the till to pay, and was told that as a member of the National Trust I would get 15% discount, a fact I wasn't aware of. This was my first purchase in a shop for many months, and I am pleased to say that it was enjoyable.
