After wanting a thin waterproof jacket and a fleece the staff was very helpful literally to the point where I actually bought more than I wanted very pro customer .. I wish more shops was like this ... the lady with the red hair was brilliant

Went in millets 2day 4 a pair of walking boots,didn't av a clue as neva purchased a pair b4,the 2 young ladies working in store were wonderful, kind and very helpful indeed

Staff at Mansfield shop have no interest in helping customers - too busy on their phones and chatting to each other.

Excellent service from staff in this Mansfield store. I popped in for a specific item and the lady behind the counter immediately stopped what she was doing when I asked where to find it. She not only showed me where they were displayed but got on her hands and knees to find the size and colour garment I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble.
