This is not the first time that i have had a poor experience with this shop. The telephone number for the delivery company was totally incorrect and i was blamed for failing to update my phone number with them despite rohan hq having my latest number. I was also promised a delivery that did not happen. It is a shame that such a great brand name is tarnished by sales staff who wish to be confrontational
