The Bug Out

Needed a few items in an emergency while my son and I were mountain biking / camping in and around the area and after a quick call Leigh had everything I needed confirmed all while I was on the phone. The moment I walked in the store to collect I could see the quality brands all around and knew I was getting good kit. Great knowledgeable staff, brilliant range of things and will definitely now be a regular customer.

Excellent products and the service is above and beyond take not major stores!

Stopped by here today as my eldest is obsessed with survival, outdoors, army things. Hands down the best place we have visited, shop is small but somehow packed full of everything you could ever need. Really reasonable as well, plus the owner is an absolutely sound bloke. Thanks for taking the time and making our boys days, they have not stopped talking about how boss all their stuff from your shop is and how much of a nice guy you were.

Excellent service and very helpful when supplying all of our emergency food stores and equipment. Quality items and plenty of choice. We are new to emergency prepping and The Bug Out not only supplied us with all we need especially with the subscription boxes Plus advice is also always on hand. A family run business run by fellow preppers and not just a generic shop trying to sell you all matter of things. I also like that If they don't have what you are looking for in stock then will source it for you. I will not go anywhere else

An honest company with great customer service.
Firstly they replied to my queries quickly, and were helpful.
Having order, they were quick to dispatch and provide tracking information.
Then after ordering online they kindly applied a discount deal and refunded me the difference - that I wasn't even aware I was eligible for.
I don't see that kind of behavior often, but it's certainly made a loyal customer out of me!
